I have to say that I am a little bit embarrassed to be posting again after such a long interlude. I have been putting it off for a while now, but finally I have decided to just go ahead and do it. It's not like putting it off will change anything, and besides, the longer I put it off, the more things I have to tell that will go untold. Besides, it's not like any one will care: no one is reading this, anyway.

Starting again



I will drink more water. It's a small thing, and easily to accomplish, but I need to know that I can accomplish something. Plus, I barely drink any water, and I know that this is contributing to my lack of energy.

I will go for a daily walk. I recognize that this will be difficult to accomplish in the next week, since I won't be getting home until nearly ten o'clock, so I'm setting a time frame of two weeks for this. I really want to make this a habit.

I will eat at least one serving of fruits and vegetables per day. Again, I'm not stopping there. This is just a start, so that for a few weeks I can get the hang of setting goals.
